Property info

The Green Parrot Beach villa is a right on the beach and very large luxury villa, located on the beautiful deserted sandy beach, about 1 km outside of Ambalangoda city. The villa was built in 2014 according to international standards and is led by Singhalese-German management. Ambalangoda is well accessible by highway, and is located near Hikkaduwa, and only 30km from the world heritage site of Fort Galle. The villa is located in a beautiful large garden, with shade, seating and moorings, designed for people who love the special, and is equipped for 4 people.

Visit the Unesco World Cultural Heritage sites near Ambalangoda, with its national parks, tea plantations, temples, botanical gardens, elephant orphanage, and waterfalls. To find shops and groceries, town is just 1km away.
