Plantation Villa is the proprietor's bungalow of Wattalaya Watta plantation. It's now more than 6 decades old and was earlier occupied by the village chief. The surrounding village is called Nehinna on the suburbs of Kalutara district. A rubber production surrounds the bungalow and the first building which you passed in the drive way was the then factory used for the production of smoked rubber sheets
