A 4 story new built property with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite). Free parking downstairs and Free Wi-fi. Airconditioning available and CCTV cameras fitted throughout. All rooms are fully furnished with appliances and a TV. Fully functioning lift with 2 apartments per floor and an open rooftop with access and a toilet. A motorcycle is also available for hire and pictures can be seen in the photos.
A 15 minute walk to Nallur Temple. Within a 5 minute drive there is access to the town center, TCT , many restaurants (KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Dominos ), Jaffna library, Jaffna railway station, Jaffna forts, Cargills Cinema and the Buddhist temple
