Welcome to our place, everything inside is done by ourselves: me and my wife. From design to full cleaning. We love accommodating people from around the world. You are welcome to stay with us anytime during your visit to our beautiful town of Utena!

Property info

It is modern 6 floor building with some commercial units on the basement level. If parked on the main street, please walk towards staircase in front of the building. There you will notice Baby Fun shop sign. Go downstairs and after turning right, walk to the last glass door (next after Baby Fun entrance). There is my flat access door with key box next to them. Please pick the code (KODAS) and you will find the flat key inside. Use it to get access to the flat. Light switch is on the right side, next to the door.

Neighborhood info

Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the flat, but you can smoke in outdoor areas just outside external door. There are big shop “Norfa” just across the Kupiskio street, also within walking distance along Aukstaiciu street there are more grocery shops and quick food trailer.
