Studio is located in the modern growing business area close to Green Bridge and Mindaugas bridge separating city center and New city center. Šnipiškės (also known as New City Centre) is a neighborhood in Vilnius located on the north bank of the river Neris, it is the site of Vilnius' new business and World known hotels district. Plenty of skyscrapers and the Europa Tower business center can be reached in few minutes walking.
