Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. Perfect location! Near Vermanes garden, Freedom monument. Best shops, restaurants, cafes, cinema, gym, railway, bus station, etc. Thick brick walls, super high ceiling, triple glass windows, complete renovation gave this hundred years old factory building a new breath! Here You can sense the historic vibe and heart beat of our beautiful city of Riga. Free parking in locked courtyard by the house available.

Quiet and slow one way narrow street in the very center of Riga. On the other side over the crossroad is Shopping center Origo and the main Railway station from where you can easily get to the Beach - by the Baltic Sea. All the main attractions are in walking distance. Train will take you to Jurmala - Majori the Baltic beach town. Bus nr 22 is is within 10 min walk and goes to the airport. Bus Nr.22 driver will sell you the ticket for 2 Euro.
