Riad Aguaviva is in the northern area of the medina, in a traditional and quiet neighborhood (one of our fundamental attractions), which allows you to see the reality of everyday life and very interesting places near the riad. This quarter still keeps the authentic essence of Marrakech as it has not yet been invaded by mass tourism. We are 200 meters from the mausoleum of Sidi ben Abbas, 10 minutes from the Ben Youssef madrasa (true epicenter of the medina), about 20 minutes walking to the famous Jmaa LFnaa square and to the Majorelle Garden.
