Property info

The facility is located in the most beautiful part of Kotor, by the sea, both exterior and interior, breathtaking to all passers-by and guests. We are most proud of the stunning view and panorama that fascinates all visitors. Located right next to the sea, with a beautiful small sandy beach and a large stone beach, it is suitable for all ages, especially for children and the elderly. All apartments and rooms have a view of the sea and the bay, as well as terraces facing the sea. Both accommodation units and terraces are fully equipped with all necessary contents. Also, in the building you can rent: bicycles, kayaks, pedal boats, SUP boards. It is very convenient for motorcyclists as we have parking for them under the building. If you like fishing as a hobby and this is the perfect place because it had all the accessories. Pets are welcome because we ourselves have a kitten.

Neighborhood info

Even if we are in a very elite environment, it is a very peaceful environment, the nights and mornings are very quiet, and the only thing that can catch your attention are cruise ships that pass 50 meters from the property, but not for the noisiness but for the enchanting experience. There are excellent and the most popular restaurants and tavernas in the immediate vicinity, like : “Konoba Bonaca”, “Konoba Portun”, “ Restoran Tiha Noć”, as well as markets... Public transport stop is 50 meters from the property, the city center and Old Town is 2.5 kilometers away and taxi is very easy to find, however the way from the building to the center is by the sea and is very pleasant to walk, it takes 20 minutes to reach the center. Perast is located just a few kilometers away, and is easily accessible from our facility.
