Do plaže Štrbina (plaža Milene Dravic) 1 km ravnim, kolskim putem, a pjesackom precicom (kroz maslinjak) nepunih 600 m. Do plaže Maljevik: 200 m više nego do Štrbine (u obje varijante). Do Tunel plaže: 900m ravnim, kolskim putem. Privatni parking u dvorištu objekta. Zasebni ulazi u apartmane. Prostrane terase sa mobilijarom.
