Filipa River House is located on River Bojana and it is made of natural materials. Modern, fully equipped for real holiday and enjoyment. Ada Bojana is island dedicated for people who want to be in a direct contact and touch with nature and one of the premier kitesurfing and windsurfing locations on the Adriatic Coast. The house is a duplex that consists of one fully equipped large room containing a Living Room, furnished Kitchen and Dining area and bathroom with shower and washing machine. On upper level there is comfortable two bedrooms with Queen beds. Large terrace full of flowers and greenery with an outside kitchenette supporting up furniture for dining, sunbathing and relaxing. Entire space is covered with free WiFi.

Long Beach is just a mile away and Ulcinj city center is 12 km away where old town and rocky beaches are must see. Valdanos is also beautiful and should be on your to-do list (20 min drive). 30 minute drive will take you to Lake Šas where you can enjoy a nice meals. For bird lovers, 15 minutes drive away is Ulcinj Salinas, one of the Europe's most important bird nesting sites, which spreads across 1500 hectares. Area is friendly and peaceful. There is variety of things you can do in this area, from swimming to kite surfing, diving, horseback riding, fishing, boating etc.
