We have two apartments for rent. *One bedroom apartment is on first floor and it is adapted for families, it has a big private balcony with a nice view. *The studio apartment is on the ground floor, it is for two persons and it is more adapted for young couples,bikers and adventurers. It has installed a big garage door which can be controlled with remote control . Studio apartment don't have access to big balcony and it have a ceiling fan instead of air conditioner !

If you are looking for breathtaking views calming your soul 50 meters away from the sea, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with birds joyfull singing - you have found the right place - apartments Palamida are offering all of that...and more! Placed at the best location in the Bay: Kostanjica, an authentic, calm, coastal settlement surrounded by forests and crystal-clear sea. Hotel/Restaurant Lavanda at a distance of 100 m is offering delicious food and breakfest. Konoba Ribar, 400 m away, offers very good domestic fish specialties. Italian Restaurant Verige 65 is at a distance of 800 m. Beach Bar La Castagna is located at a distance of 400 m. At a distance of 6 km you can find Risan and the Roman Mosaics. On Sunday mornings there is a bazar where you can buy fresh food and domestic cheese and prosciutto. It is only 9 km away from Perast and the Islands (Lady of the Rocks and St. George), 22 km from Kotor Old Town, 20 km from Herceg Novi Old Town, 1km from Morinj (High Class Restaurant Konoba Catovica Mlini, Domestic Food Sutvara, Beach Bar Pilot, Italian Restaurant Tramontana, Beach Bar Ponta Morinj).
