Beautiful, quiet, modern apartment with a cozy terrace with a partial view of the sea and the old town. Guarded, closed territory. Entrance to the front door by code. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning. Near the house there is a supermarket, 3 restaurants, a bar, a pharmacy, a beauty salon. Within walking distance (7 minutes walk) is one of the best beaches in Budva - "Slovenska Beach" with night clubs, a bar, water attractions, and other entertainment services.
The apartment is located 15 minutes from the old town.
The windows and terrace overlook the courtyard, where you can not hear the noise from the road and the air is clean.
