Posebnost naših objekata je što se nalaze u potpuno prirodnom ambijentu sa prelijepim panoramskim pogledon na Budvanski zaliv.
Zadovoljan gost je naš najveći uspjeh, želimo da se naši gosti osjećaju kao kod kuće.
Naselje Vojnići se nalaze iznad turističkog mjesta Pržno i Hotela "Maestral" udaljeni od glavne magistrale oko 2 kilomera. Neselje je bogato malinama koje su stare i oko neloliko stotina godina, vazduh je čist i svjež jer je sačuvana prirodna cjelina bez visokih zgrada i objekata.
