Comfortable apartment with a living room and two bedrooms of about 50 m2 in a three-storied block of apartments. End of a quiet dead-end street, no car traffic. Ideal for 4-6 people. Spacious terrace with a set of wooden furniture. Separate parking space next to the house. Air conditioning in each room. Free TV with local and foreign channels, high-speed Wi-Fi. 100 meters to the large supermarket (Megamarket), pharmacy, post office, cafe with national and European cuisine, bakery, market with fresh vegetables and fruits. Less than 500 m to the large water- park at hotel Mediteran. Just 600 metres from the house to the wide sandy beach. Nice road to the sea (not uphill!). Beautiful pedestrian road along the sea promenade to the center of Budva (~1 km), perfect for jogging and cycling.

All guests' requests are promptly resolved. Interaction directly with the landlord, bypassing intermediary firms, reduces the cost of living and increases the interest in each guest. In addition to accommodation, I can offer you the organization of excursions in Montenegro and abroad in neighboring countries, as I am fond of traveling and I am a licensed guide. It is also possible to transfer our guests, at their request, to the airport and back.
Seaside district will Balkan flavor usually impress our guests. Friendly people, delicious aromas of baking and grilled cevapcici, convenient transport connections with Budva and nearby towns, beautiful beaches within walking distance distinguish our district. There is a bus stop 250 metres from the house, with buses to Budva every 10 minutes. From Budva you can go by bus to all cities of Montenegro, as well as Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia. Taxi stop is next to the supermarket.
