The charming villa Amour offers you calm and privacy at 300m from the beach, in the heart of the Orient Bay Park, secured 24 hours a day. Spacious and carefully decorated in a contemporary tropical style, the villa is fully air conditioned, equipped and connected (fiber). The living room is ideal for relaxing, watching TV (connected) or playing with the family with the board games available. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom and dressing room. The kitchen, separated, is open on the outside by 2 bars, one giving on the terrace, the other on the swimming pool. It is fully equipped: hotplates, oven, American fridge, Nespresso, microwave, dishwasher, ... The shaded terrace houses a cozy outdoor lounge for unforgettable aperitifs as well as a dining room that can accommodate 8 guests. Our unique, private Balinese swimming pool with its overflowing pool guarantees a zen and refreshing atmosphere. A gas barbecue will allow you to share your best grills! An outdoor shower and a laundry room with a washing machine complete this space. Villa Amour is ideal for 2 couples or a family wishing to spend a successful vacation.
We are a family passionate about Friendly Island. We have put all our heart into furnishing and decorating our villa. We want to make it a real cocoon to relax, have fun and/or continue working in ideal conditions. Since 20 years on the island, we know all the corners of Saint-Martin! With us, you will have all the best plans, in all areas!
Villa Amour is located in a small, quiet and secure flowered street. The residence of the Park "Orient bay" or "La Baie orientale" in French is nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of the Caribbean since decades: the relaxed elegance rhymes with good mood and joy of living. The famous Orient Bay beach, with its turquoise waters and white sand, is the only beach on the island that offers as many family areas as romantic, festive tables and activities for all: beach volleyball, jetski, parasailing, petanque, beach games and naps in the shade! At 10 minutes walking distance, the "Place du village" of the residence offers shops (mini-market open 7 days a week, bakery, hairdresser, tobacconist, ...) and French, Italian, Asian restaurants, ... Moreover, "Saint-Martin, capital of gastronomy" lists the best restaurants in the Caribbean. A few kilometers away, the festive atmosphere of the island is as good as its reputation: casinos, discotheques, bars, restaurants, daily concerts, not a day goes by without an event! Villa Amour, between activities and relaxation, is "the cocoon" of the island of Saint-Martin.
