Our apartments have it's own kitchen and bathroom with Lake view. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is in 5 minutes (100m.) and the main food market is in 50 meters. Local restaurants are on 10 minutes from the apartment. Free parking for 6 cars and 2 motorcycle. Optic internet 300 Mbps/150 Mbps + additional 3 WI-FI with 40 Mbps/3 Mbps.
The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is in 5 minutes (100m.) and the main food market is in 50 meters.
