Welcome to our new, accessible building located at street level, measuring only 22m2. It was originally a garage that we used for storage, but we decided to renovate it from the ground up to create a cozy and comfortable space for guests. The place is now bigger, well-insulated, and soundproofed for your convenience. As the host, I live nearby and am almost always available to assist you. Our private entrance, parking, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning are at your service. We have a washing machine available upstairs for 3.50 eur per cycle. The cable TV provides entertainment, and our quiet neighborhood is only a 5-minute walk from the city center and city park. Thank you for considering our accommodation. We hope to welcome you soon!
