Property info

Completely renovated apartment, located in a seaside residence with direct access. Its terrace offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. A bakery is located at the foot of the residence and all amenities are within walking distance (restaurants, fruit and vegetables, supermarket). You will be ideally located to explore the many surrounding attractions and to admire Montagne Pelée, the Pitons du Carbet and their tropical forest, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites! The apartment is positioned on the second floor of a small residence and has two secure parking spaces. The accommodation is composed of: - A terrace with table, chairs and outdoor lounge, with a view of Le Coin beach - A kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hotplates, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and essentials for cooking and eating meals - A living room with convertible sofa - An air-conditioned bedroom with 160x200 bed - An air-conditioned bedroom with two 90x190 single beds - A bathroom - Shower and WC Several fans are also available.

Neighborhood info

The Coin district is a peaceful area close to all amenities. There you will find restaurants and beach bars. A fruit and vegetable seller and a bakery are located a few meters from the residence and a butcher is present on Saturdays. It borders the magnificent Coin beach, a wide beach approximately 1km long. Very early in the morning, you can see fishermen engaged in seining. Very often, the sky is adorned with breathtaking colors during sunset.
