Hi! I have been involved in real estate for the last 10 years. You can get professional advice on buying, selling and renting property in Malta, as well as discuss with me the possibility of investing (both in price and in renting for passive income). I would be interested to discuss your participation in internship program in Malta. In my free time, which I have almost none, I prefer to travel and watch football matches and competitions, both on TV and by visiting the World and European Championships.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms: 1st GOZO - located on the ground floor and has two single beds, 2nd MDINA - located on the 1st floor and has one double bed, as well as a wide-open veranda with outdoor furniture, 3rd VALLETTA - located on the second floor and has two single beds, 4th MOSTA - located on the second floor and has two levels, on the upper one there is a double bed, and on the lower one there is a double sofa bed. All rooms in the house have their own bathrooms with shower. The house is equipped with a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment, such as a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, two coffee makers for different capsules and natural ground coffee. The house has a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer installed there. The house also has two courtyards, one of which is spacious, where guests can have breakfast and barbeque.
