Different in essence -a get away from the usual tourist spots without missing out on the extraordinary tropical features and dreamy island delights - the lagoon, the palm-fringed beaches, the divers marine life and the bountiful coral reefs. It is on our local island where you can see the real Maldives -without glamour and superfluity. A traditional Maldivian escape.
As a Maldivian I was able to experience the extraordinary beauty of the Maldives since I was a child. After working in hospitality for some leading Resorts in the Maldives, I decided to get a host myself on the Island I grew up on. Together with my family we started this idea of a special Guesthouse for all who want to have a taste of the sunny side of life in Paradise. With Castaway Retreat we now fulfilled our dream of giving you a affordable shelter to get away from everyday stress
