Property information

Escape to the enchanting beauty of Isla Mujeres and enjoy a fabulous stay in our brand new condo in Residencial La Diosa. We are located very close to Punta Sur where the first ray of sunshine reaches Mexico every day. In the condo you will have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, a parking space and a common pool. The ocean view is spectacular from the living room, master bedroom and balcony!

Neighbourhood information

Located in a very quiet gated street, with 24 hour security. Just two blocks from the best snorkeling spot Garrafón de Castilla and Parque el Garrafón, as well as the southern point of the island PUNTA SUR, where you can go enjoying both the sunrise and sunset or talking about a walk along the trail overlooking the sea where you can see and photos of the lighthouse and sculptures along the way. The neighborhood has great restaurants to enjoy live music, drinks, and an international menu like THE JOINT. It is a 10-minute drive from the ferry station and Punta Norte. We offer our guests an optional yacht shuttle service from Cancun to the island and an optional tour of the entire island. You can ask us about the costs of these optional services. You can rent golf carts, bicycles, motorcycles or take taxis The island is in total 11km you can easily get around.
