A modern duplex apartment having 753 sq feet in size suitable for 6 pax. Located strategically at Cyberjaya and Purajaya via easy access of major highways such as PUTRAJAYA-CYBERJAYA highway, LDP, ELITE, MEX. Only 10-15 mins. to Putrajaya, 30 mins. to KLIA and KL City Centre. Enjoy the scenery of Putrajaya Lake, bridge and many more.

A very super low density residential scheme - only 8 units per floor / 4 units each side. suitable for those who loves a quiet and peaceful surrounding. Guest may have a walk / jogging at the Putrajaya lake - only takes about 5-8 minutes to there
