Welcome to Ricky's Homestay's 4. Our apartment is located on the 7th Floor of Jazz 1 and is on top of Sarawak finest and most crowded Vivacity MegaMall. With only 1 button lift to lobby, you will enjoy variety of restaurants as well as retails shop that only Vivacity Megamall have. Without jams, we are only 10min away from the airport and you will reach Kuching Heart (Waterfront) within 10 min. Not to say, we have the finest Medical Centre called Borneo Medical Centre that is just 5 min drive.
