A new built condo opened in 2024 with a central location near MRT and LRT stations. The condo has many leisure facilities like swimming pool, gym and others. Breath taking views of KL skyline at night from the swimming pool area.

Right opposite the 2nd tallest building in the world PNB 118 Tower. An international standard shopping mall will be opening soon at the tower. The tower was the location of the latest Marvel movie.
