Hi friends, welcome to my Rainforest studio apartment with city skyline view.. My house design based on rainforest concept . The house is refreshing , good lighting ,and comfortable. My house has a strategic location which is 5 mins away from famous Paradigm mall and 10 km to UTM. Our sanitized unit is perfect for a group of 3-4. You are highly recommend to stay your night in my service apartment if you are looking for a good rest and RELAXING environment with this reasonable price.

Our living room and dining area is design with minimalist rainforest concept. The delicious local food is everywhere at affordable price, and it's all within 5mins distance. 3-tier security level with 24-hour security surveillance assuring you peace of mind during your stay. Furnished with living room, pantry, dining area , kitchen and comfortable queen size bed & single bed. (the forth guest will be arrange to sleep at 3 seat sofa) In our Comfortable studio you will find: -Air conditioner -Wifi -Hot shower -Cable TV -Queen Size Bed -Foldable bed (inside carbinet) -Sofa -Refrigerator -Tableware -Electric Kettle -Hot Shower -Iron -Fan -Storage closet -Hangers -Hair Dryer -Washing Machine and detergents All facilities at 5th Floor in the building can be access for guest:- - Gym room - 2 Swimming Pool avaible - Convenience Store (5th floor) - Playground - Laundry shop (5th shop) - Relaxing Garden for chit chating You have your ONE free indoor parking. The check in instruction will be sent to you by one day before you arrival. NOT SELF CHECK IN. My housekeeper will be there to handover you thr access card. My place have a strategic location which close to: > 5 mins (less than 2 km) to famous Paradigm Mall JB > 2 mins to Kip mart > 5 mins to Sutera mall & Sutera area > 5 mins to Pasir Gudang Highway > 8 mins to 2nd link highway > 15 mins to JB city & Custom & JB Sentral > 20 mins Legoland > 15 mins to CIQ >10mins to UTM My unit provide ONE free parking. Grab service also very convenient to you, you can just waiting for Grab in our lobby. This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. I will provide you with the CHECK-IN details before the day you arrive. The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd adult is a foldable single bed and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa with extra pillows and blanket.
