A copy of your IC or Passport is required once the booking is confirmed, along with signing the House Rules Agreement
The house accommodates up to 16 guests (adults and children). For any additional guest beyond 16 pax (up to a maximum of 40 pax), there is an extra charge of RM1000.
Check in time is 3:00 PM. early check-in for event setup from 8:00 AM is allowed with a surcharge of RM1,500.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM; late check-out will be charged RM400 per hour (maximum until 2:00 PM), and any check-out after 2:00 PM will be subject to a full day’s rate
Guests must respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum in the front and back yards. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any noise complaints may lead to forfeiture of the remaining stay and immediate eviction without refund.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
