Private secure garden surroundings 1 block off the beach right in the heart of this lovely surf town. I have one wheelchair accessible room on the porch with private bathroom and A/C and ramps for access to outdoor laundry room and garden. I also have a large triple room with a queen bed and a single bed and a digital smart TV. the upstairs dormitory sleeps 8 people in 4 bunk beds with an industrial ceiling fan and open air circulation.
Retired linguist having lived in Canada, France, the UK, Spain, Morocco and now permanently based in Nicaragua. I also speak some Italian, German and Arabic. I have 4 lovely rescued dogs and 4 adventures rescued kitties.
Right in the heart of las Penitas near all the parties but here, just chillin.
