Tourist/City Tax May Apply We are a flexible accommodation company operating across the Netherlands and Belgium. Guests enjoy the freedom to check in at their own convenience – no lines, no reception – yet our team is always nearby if needed. Important House Policies Only guests who have completed identity verification are allowed to enter the property. House rules must be agreed to and the arrival form must be completed before check-in. Tourist or city tax may be charged, depending on local regulations. The arrival form must be completed truthfully. Additional screening may be required, such as submitting a valid passport or government-issued ID. Minimum age for booking: 25 years. Use of soft drugs, hard drugs, or laughing gas is strictly prohibited in or around the building. Late check-out after 10:00 AM without prior approval will result in a charge equal to one extra night. Causing any form of nuisance to others is not allowed. Strictly forbidden: Paid sex work, criminal activity, sales, or any commercial use of the property. Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a Euro 250 fine per incident and immediate cancellation of the booking. For stays of 14 days or longer, weekly cleaning is mandatory to maintain quality standards. A weekly cleaning fee will apply.

The building is a beautifully preserved monument, thoughtfully renovated to maintain its historical charm. To protect its original character, there's no elevator, so please be prepared to use the stairs. Being in the heart of the city and part of a shared property, some noise from the surroundings or other guests may occasionally be heard. Each apartment includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: a modern kitchen with a Quooker, a bathroom with a separate toilet, high-quality furniture, and hotel-standard beds and linens. All of these features are exclusively yours—no shared indoor areas. Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are available and shared with other guests. Planning to stay a bit longer? Mid- and long-term bookings are possible—just reach out for details and custom rates. Step outside to enjoy the shared garden and sun terrace. It’s a peaceful spot, but please note that barbecues and open flames aren’t allowed for safety reasons. If you're arriving by car, we offer secure private parking for a small additional fee.
