Als klein meisje gingen we elke vakantie naar Ameland en toen we tieners waren kochten mijn ouders dit familiehuis om nog vaker naar Ameland te kunnen. Eenmaal op de boot voelt het al als vakantie en je voelt je ook nog eens snel thuis in Duinhoeve. Ik vind het dan ook extra mooi om het huis nu te mogen verhuren en de gasten hetzelfde gevoel te laten ervaren.

Villa Duinhoeve is de perfecte plek voor een ontspannende strandvakantie. Het is heerlijk vertoeven in de knusse villa die gelegen is tussen de duinen en op slechts 600m lopen van het strand. De villa heeft een ruime tuin op het zuiden met groot terras waar regelmatig konijnen rondhuppelen, voorzien van alle gemakken, veel privacy, kindvriendelijk en een open haard voor de koudere dagen. Genieten van rust en ruimte. Kortom, je voelt je snel thuis.

Neighbourhood information

De villa ligt gelegen in het duingebied op 600m loopafstand van het prachtige strand van Ameland. Direct in de buurt zijn veel wandel- en fietsroutes naar bijvoorbeeld 't Oerd of Nesserbos. Klein Vaarwater ligt op 2 minuten fietsen en is voorzien een supermarkt, zwembad, speeltoestel, tennisbaan etc. Buren en Nes zijn de dichtstbijzijnde dorpen en beschikken over genoeg restaurants (2-8 min fietsen), dingen te doen en te zien. Vanaf de boot vertrekt de bus en stopt op 200m loopafstand van de villa. Op Ameland is vervoer per (huur)fiets, bus, taxi en auto mogelijk. Op het terrein is plaats voor het parkeren van 1 auto.
