Our house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a playground for your children just 10 seconds away. It takes less than 10 minutes drive with personal car or public transportation to both downtown and Moa shopping center. We would like to inform you that we will be sharing the common areas with our guests, as this is our primary residence. The house itself features two comfortable bedrooms for our guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with an extensive balcony. There is free parking available on the premises for one car. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwashe, oven, airfryer, all kitchenware and kitchen utensils are among the amenities provided for your convenience and comfort during your stay. Guests also have access to a nearby lake and hiking trails. NOTE: For safety reasons, a security camera is installed outside the house to monitor our exterior areas."
