The APARTMENTS company was established in 2007 and runs several apartment buildings with over 100 apartments. Dedicated to help customers with short and long term stays in Oslo. Our reception is located at Josefines gate 30 - The SWEET. We have a 24/7 mobile reception, where you can reach us. During office hours we are here for you via email, phone and chats here. After office hours you can reach us via mobile phone and our Securitas service can help you out in emergencies. We are an experienced and responsible host, with a friendly and helpful staff. We focus on efficient check ins, quiet stays and cleanliness of our apartments. Our house rules are simple: No parties, quiet time from 10 PM - 08 AM, easy check in after 3 PM, easy check out at 11 AM and cleaning of the apartment is included in the nightly rate. We appreciate it if you dispose of your trash and put on the dishwasher before you depart. Whether you are travelling alone, with friends, or family we are always happy to make your accommodation a great experience. Our apartments are at your disposal, and we hope you'll enjoy your time visiting us here in Oslo.

Property information

The apartments at Majorstuen in Fagerborggata 16 were built in 2016. The building is modern, and the apartment feature a standard clean look with everything you need for short- or long-term stays. Every apartment has either a terrasse or a balcony, as well are there is an outdoor playground and bench area in the backyard of the building. Here you also find a small parking lot, where you can park your car during your stay – for a fee at the parking meter or in the Easy Park app. Each apartment has a kitchen with large fridges, stove, cooking tops, microwaves and dishwashers. Every bathroom has their own washing machine, as well as toilet, shower and sink. The apartments on the ground floor with terrasse can be access form the back entrance conveniently located in the backyard. The upper floors can be accessed from the main entrance where you also find an elevator / lift next to the stairs. The top floor apartments also have access to our roof top terrasse with a great view of Majorstuen and the city. On each floor our customers have access to a utility closet with vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies. We provide our customers with an optional self-check in, which makes for an efficient and easy check in / out. The apartment complex is located in a quiet residential area at popular Majorstuen. There are several shops, restaurants and bars at Majorstuen, not far from the apartments. You will find our reception in Josefinesgate 30, which is staffed in the opening hours and will help you with checking in, questions about shops, restaurants and sights in the area. Outside of office hours Securitas is operating our phone service.

Neighbourhood information

Majorstuen is one of the most popular places to live at, with its historical buildings, close by shops in Bogstadveien and public transport systems. There are several busses, trams and subways only 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment complex. You can also take a stroll down from Fagerborggata to Vigelandspark, Bogstadveien or St. Hans Haugen / Bislett area. There are many nice parks, restaurants and bars in conveniently located in Bogstadveien. At Majorstuen krysset you will also find spas, great restaurants, movie theater / Cinema and Gyms. If you prefer the outdoor experience of the city you can work out at Vigelandsparken or take the subway up to Holmenkollen for example, where you have the famous ski jump with an viewing point of the whole city and ocean. Fagerborggata is a very quiet street with no immediate main street next to it, which makes for a safe area for families and good night sleeping. From our roof top terrasse you can also see the city and enjoy the nice weather on sunny days, as can you on the balcony or the terrasse of the apartments as well.
