The unit is a separate dwelling on our property, it is one room with ensuite. Suitable for short stays.
We are active in our retirement, biking, fishing, gardening, travelling, and visiting our family.
Very quiet suburban area, locally there are a variety of restaurants and cafes, approximately three kilometres to Chartwell Shopping Centre and 3.5 kilometres to the Base. We are just off the Rototuna exit from Auckland expressway.
