This coastal one-bedroom studio is all about relaxation and location. You’re only a 5-minute walk to the Papamoa Surf Club, local bars, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to dine out, explore, or simply unwind by the sea. Come relax, recharge, and experience the best of beachside living. Across The Dunes is the perfect base for your Papamoa escape.
We’re a couple of ex-Navy hosts who’ve swapped the open sea for the gentle sound of the surf. Our one-bedroom coastal studio is designed for comfort, calm, and connection. You’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay, in this bright airy space, a comfy bed, outdoor space, private parking, a good Nespresso and just a short stroll to the golden sands of Papamoa Beach. Whether you’re here to surf, soak up the sun, or simply slow down, our studio offers a peaceful retreat by the sea and a short walk to some of our favourite restaurants and bars. We value simplicity, respect, and good company, traits that come from our time of service and our love of travel. We live onsite upstairs, and available if you need any local tips or a friendly chat, but we’ll always respect your privacy, with complete separate access and living.
