We are in a semi rural location minutes from Motueka township. There are stunning views of the mountains & bush around us with great birdlife. The studio has pretty much everything you will need for your stay here other than laundry. It is comfortable & peaceful.
We have been hosting for 5 years & enjoy meeting travellers of all ages from NZ and around the world & letting them know a little about our beautiful location.
Motueka township is 10 minutes or less from our home & has a good selection of cafes & restaurants, the salt baths, a museum, library, information centre, quirky shops & much more on offer. We are close to Kaiteriteri with its golden sands & great swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, The Abel Tasman track at Marahau that follows the coast line through to Golden Bay, a world class hike. You can be over in Golden bay in less than an hour exploring caves, catching a Salmon at Anatoki, swimming, charter a boat for some deep sea fishing, the choices are endless for our area.
