Close to motorway(4mins off peak) free continental breakfast & snacks, very quiet, self-contained apartment sleeps up to 3 people with 3 beds including Queen, King Single and 1 sofa bed which is king single size(92cm wide) Off street parking with your own entrance. 75sqm unit, refurbished has your own private bathroom + large lounge area formerly a garage,Lounge has 2 new sofa/bed w/dividers for privacy .Own smart TV can access your own streaming services.Laundry area. Apartment is locked off securly from remainder of house-its all yours ! 2min walk to Woolworths Supermarket, Cafe, Wendys and KFC . The Trusts Arena is nearby. 15 mins from Eden Park, 17 mins drive from the city centre(off-peak traffic). Apartment is under family home.Private courtyard.2 min walk to bus stop. Next door to quiet Park. Some lovely walks in the area we can send you details.
