We offer an evening meal and either cocktail making or Liqueur tasting packages Contact us for further details. Connemara has had a very interesting life so far. Built in 1907 for a prominent Doctor in Auckland's affluent Epsom. It has seen service as a women's refuge, a home for unmarried mothers and a bordello. Moved to its present site in 2003 in 5 pieces. Purchased by Grainne and Kevin 9 years ago and lovingly restored to its former glory.

Grainne and Kevin love sharing Connemara and have created a relaxed home away from home. Stunning views, large decks and quality accommodation.

Known as Auckland's best-kept secret the truly beautiful Awhitu Peninsula, with its historic Manukau Heads Lighthouse, stunning scenery, wild west coast beaches and lovely safe harbour swimming beaches, vineyard, horse trekking, harbour kayaking, a wonderful regional park and one of the most beautiful 9 hole golf course in New Zealand. Connemara is set on a hilltop looking over farmland and out to the Manukau Harbour. Truly private only 70km from Auckland International Airport but a world away
