Each apartment has a separate lounge with a flat-screen TV and over 50 satellite channels. Gateway Apartments are within walking distance of the Events Center and the Aquatic Center, as well as a supermarket and a wide range of restaurants. The center of Queenstown is 3.7 miles away. The tour desk can book local activities including jet boating, skydiving, skiing, bungy jumping and Milford Sound cruises. Guests receive a free New Zealand Visitor SIM card for their mobile phone upon request.

Each apartment has a separate lounge with a flat-screen TV and over 50 satellite channels. Gateway Apartments are within walking distance of the Events Centre , as well as a supermarket and a wide range of restaurants. The centre of Queenstown is 6 kilometres away. The reception is manned from 9:30am to 3PM. For checkin,We will write all your details on a piece of paper stuck on the reception door.The paper will have your room number and WIFI password. Your apartment will be unlocked and the keys will be on the dining table inside the apartment. There is an emergency number displayed outside the reception for any assistance,
