Our recently renovated studios, 1-bedroom units, and 2-bedroom units provide excellent value for your money. Indulge in relaxation with a refreshing swim in our pool (open in October to March), stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of nearby cafes and takeaway options, just a short stroll from the motel. A brief stroll takes you to the local supermarket, pharmacy, takeaways, restaurant, and post office. Ample on-site parking is available, with additional street parking for trucks and extra vehicles located in the back street behind the motel. 2. The swimming pool closes permenantly due to reconstruction since 2024.

3. A $20 fee applies for electric vehicle charging.

4. A $50 fee applies for any unreasonable mess or untidiness in the unit.

5. A $20 fee applies for late check-out for 0.5 hours.

6. Excessive noise will not be tolerated and the quiet time is 9 PM-8 AM.

7. Guests' visitors are required to leave by 8 PM.

8. Each unit comes with "one" parking space and speed limit is 5 KM/hr in the property.

9. It's a smoke-free motel; guests may smoke only in designated areas.

10. Any disrespectful guests will not be accommodated as it will affect other guests.

11. Kensington Motel reserves the right to make accommodation decisions accordingly.
