When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy. We are all fortunate to live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay. Looking for a little luxury for your next beach break? Look no further than this gorgeous, two storey modern home on the popular Muricata Avenue. On the ground floor of this sunny home you’ll find the two large bright bedrooms. Both with queen beds which share a generous bathroom with bath and shower. One bedroom has sliders to the downstairs outside yard. Chill out in your downtime in the downstairs TV room. Upstairs is bathed in all day light….. the deck faces north which means sun from dawn until dusk. The expansive living room offers seating options and a lovely window seat. In the winter cosy up to the fireplace and in the summer throw open the sliding doors. The modern fully fitted kitchen has a handy pantry and everything you need for preparing meals for eating in. The upstairs master suite is lovely and light, with king bed and its own en-suite. The double garage houses the laundry and there is a handy outdoor shower for getting the sand out of your feet when coming back from the beach. Both floors have heating and air-con which makes it comfortable in all seasons. There is so much to enjoy from the comfort of this wonderful home

Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao. At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Hike up or walk around and the enjoy stunning views. Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables. Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Head to main beach for surfing or just chilling and swimming. Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses. 10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded BayFair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema (opens August 2020).
