we are located in Flagstaff, one of the best suburb in Hamilton, 600m to the Flagstaff shopping center, 2km to Rotutona Shopping Center, 3km Chartwell Shopping MALL, 3 KM to The Base Shopping MALL, 8KM to CBD (it tooks only 10 mins), and 8km to Waikato Uni (high way- speed 80km/h) Note: this is a house, not a motel. You will have to share some facilities such as kitchen, toilet, bathroom with others
