The apartment overlooks Maraetai Bay with outstanding views. Access to the apartment is via outside stairs. While the apartment is on the top level of the house access to the apartment is blocked off from the house below being separated by a locked glass door.
Parking while available is down a steepish drive the cost of having fantastic views.
