Come relax in this cozy and quiet home just a short walk from St Clair, Dunedin’s iconic surf beach. The house is warm, sunny and peaceful — perfect for unwinding. Guests love waking up with the sunrise in the backyard and winding down with sunset views or a fire in the evening. You’ll have your own comfy room, a king-sized bed, and access to a fully equipped kitchen and shared spaces. I provide yoga mats and beach towels if you’d like to create your own little retreat. I'm always nearby and happy to help with tips, a chat, or just to make sure you feel right at home. Check-in and check-out are flexible with advance notice.

The vibrant city centre (The Octagon) is only 3.5 km from the house, and the University of Otago is 4.6 km away. Whether you're into nature, culture, or just relaxing by the ocean, the area has something for everyone. St Clair has great cafés, restaurants, and stunning coastal walks, perfect for a laid-back Dunedin experience.
