Please note bathroom facilities : bathroom 1 upstairs has shower over bath and separate toilet. Bathroom 2 (downstairs) has large shower, vanity and toilet . No dishwasher .. but a great view while you wash the dishes.

★Quiet neighbourhood 5 minute walk from township ★Excellent places to eat close by (Aparima Restaurant 2 minute walk) ★The local Te Hikoi Museum is full of local history and is a must-see ★Swimming pool, 9 links golf ★ Lots of local walking tracks ★ An array of eclectic shops, art gallery and service stores including a supermarket ★ Great location for surfing/paddleboarding/swimming and exploring rock pools ★Perfect location to stay a few days and explore the local region - Catlins, Fiordland, Western Southland ★Only 35mins to Invercargill and the Airport and direct flights to Auckland
