Immaculately presented, clean and spacious new unit. Walkable distance to the supermarket, bus stop and handy to beaches, parks and town. Warm, quiet and equipped with everything you need for a great stay, including high quality linens, ultrafast WiFi and a Freestyle projector with streaming capabilities (in lieu of a TV). Modern, open plan kitchen / living with breakfast bar. Queen beds in each bedroom, and a double fold out couch in the lounge, made up on request.

Situated in the popular family-friendly suburb of St Kilda. Walkable access to local beaches the popular "Dinosaur Park", along with supermarkets and several food outlets in South Dunedin / Andersons Bay Rd. The entire property is for guests, with no shared spaces.
