I have a lovely four bedroom home on a fully fenced corner section in a very quiet cul-de-sac. It has a beautiful garden with a relaxing outdoor area. All three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with a share bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Host has own bathroom and living area, so lounge is for guests. (All rooms have locks on their doors).
I am a single retired grandmother and have in the past had boarders from many different countries and cultures and enjoy meeting new people.
We are situated 2 minutes walk from all fast food outlets (pizza, indian, turkish, chinese etc) and lovely restaurants (Thai, Turkish, Italian, Indian, Chinese). The property is 3 minutes drive to the beach and shops and 3 minutes in the other direction to Coastlands Mall.
