About this property
The Godley Hotel offers country-style accommodations in the alpine village of Lake Tekapo on the South Island. The hotel is centrally located in the village with views of the lake and mountains. It is an 5-minute walk to the lake with its famous turquoise waters and the Church of the Good Shepherd. The Godley Hotel is an ideal base for skiing and snowboarding as Roundhill Ski Area is just a 40-minute drive. The Godley Hotel is a 3-hour drive from Christchurch or Queenstown, and a scenic 1-hour drive to Aoraki/Mt Cook.
