This special home offers: Heated swimming pool (Oct to May). Hot springs spa / hot tub. Sauna & outdoor shower. Secure storage and charging for 14 E-bikes. Seven air-conditioned bedrooms. Five bathrooms (including 2 en-suites and family bathroom with bath). Two fully equipped kitchens with 3 fridge freezers, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses and cooking equipment for up to 20 people. A self-contained apartment with bedroom, en-suite, kitchen, dining room and lounge. Four lounges with smart TV’s. Unlimited super-fast Wi-Fi Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A teen ‘hangout hive’ with 4 bunk beds, table tennis, smart TV and games console. EV charging with type 1 & 2 adaptors. Trampoline and basketball hoop. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Large BBQ kitchen. Dedicated office space. Yoga area in zen garden.
As a Kiwi, Darren grew up on the North Shore of Auckland, until traveling to London in 1998. Sarah is British, with her home town as Bristol, UK. Having spent 18 yrs living together in Bath, Bristol & London enjoying everything the UK & Europe offers we moved to NZ in 2016 with our two sons, Joshua and Ollie, and Honey Belle, our family Cavoodle dog. Lola Grace, another Cavoodle, joined the family in 2022. We look forward to hosting you!
