Commonly asked questions: 1. Are you allowed to have visitors? Yes, but you need to pay extra charge, 300 pesos for those who will need to sleep overnight, 200pesos for those who will stay for more than 4hrs then 100 pesos for those who will just drop by and less than 4hrs staying. We are proposing this to discourage our Guests not to have many visitors as possible. The security wont allow those people who are not listed in the Guest list so you need to inform us first if you will have visitors in advance. 2. Are we allowed to smoke in the property? Yes, but only in the balconies. If you triggered the smoke detector inside the unit and the sprinklers activated, you as a Guest and staying in the unit will have to pay a fine of 100k pesos minimum 3. Got swimming pool access? Yes, pool access from 9am to 9pm everyday except Mondays with minimal fee of 100 pesos per head. Need to pay and book in advance in admin office because the admin office can only cater guests' swimming pool access approval during office hrs (9am-5pm) and they are closed during Sundays and Public Holidays. Please inform us if you need help with the swimming pool access specially if its holidays where the Admin office is closed, we can help you book in advance 4. What are the inclusions- You can use all the things inside the unit, washing machine ( for those renting 2 nights or more), smart tv with netflix, fast wifi, almost complete eating and cooking utensils, we offer a gallon of drinking water, toiletries, towels and slippers as well. 5. Exclusion- dont cook smelly food inside the unit. Example tuyo or any dried fish and bagoong. Thank you for your cooperation
