This studio is located at tower 3, 2nd floor of Avida Towers Riala in Cebu's commercial area IT Park a perfect location for travellers who wanted peaceful and secure area for their stays. It has 24 hrs security service. The unit area is 26.38 sqm. Features a guests capacity of up to 3 pax with a king size bed and sofa bed type. The unit equipped with complete modern kitchen with ceramic hob cooker, microwave, kettle, bread toaster, fridge, dining table, 49 inches Smart flat TV where you can stream like Netflix, free high speed internet. Toiletries like shampoo, body wash. Linen and towels is also provided in the accommodation The unit is over looking into the infinity pool and kids pool. Mini store is available in the area and very close to the public parking with fees but cheap. Night life, videoke and bars - coffee shops - walking distance food park Sugbo Mercado open every Thursdays to Fridays 5 pm to 1 am the next day. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
