Gab's CozyHome Apartment Condominiums is a family owned business with properties around Baguio City for short term and long term accommodations. Our units at Mega Tower IV Residential Condominium City Center with one bedroom and studio units are the latest addition to our portfolio of condo properties in Baguio City. We have been receiving guests since 2019. Our guests have very positive reviews of our facilities, cleanliness, location, security and customer service. Gabs CozyHomes at MegaTower IV Residential Condominium is right at the City Center. Just steps away from the commercial area of Session Road and SM Baguio. Also a short walk to the Post Office and the Baguio Cathedral. Our guests are guaranteed a secured parking spot within the premises. Our units are furnished as industrial minimalist giving our guest uncluttered space. It includes a comfortable seating area and sleeping arrangements. Facilities includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and slippers, a flat-screen TV, and free Wifi. The accommodation offers an elevator and full-day security for guests provided by building management. The building has just been completed in June of 2023. All the building facilities are new. Don't forget to enjoy chilling at the Rooftop Garden with amazing views of the City.

Neighborhood info

The MegaTower Residences Condo is at the corner of Upper General Luna and Tecson St. Several businesses are located nearby at MegaTower I, II, and III and at Goshen Tower just Infront of the property. The University of Baguio Laboratory Elementary School is also along the street. Infront of the building is the Emilio Aguinaldo Park where short nature walks can be enjoyed.
